With a staff of caring professionals, we offer the most convenient and progressive services. Private road snow removal, common ground care, and street, trail and pond maintenance is provided for the entire Fiddlestix community. For our detached villa homeowners, trash pick up, landscaping, snow removal and lawn maintenance is provided, as well. (Association Fees-$164.00)
 
Recreation
Recreation available to Fiddlestix residents are walking trails, picnic areas, and the use of stocked ponds located at Fiddlestix.

New Melle Lakes Golf Course is the neighbor to the south and St. Charles County Park is a neighbor to the north.
 
The list of recreation to be provided to the residents of Fiddlestix continues to grow; as we incorporate the facilities our residents want most. The St. Charles City/County Library's Boone Trail Branch is located at the entrance to Fiddlestix in Marketfare - a retail area being developed by New Melle Lakes Development Company.
